At Handmade Delights, we prepare and ship each order with care and freshness in mind. Our products are handmade in small batches, and we strive to deliver them to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.
📦 Order Processing Time
- All orders are made-to-order and typically take 2–4 business days to prepare before dispatch.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak seasons or festivals, processing times may be slightly longer.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- We ship all orders via reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp to monitor the delivery.
- Delivery time depends on your location:
- Within Rajasthan: 2–4 business days
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Other Locations in India: 5–8 business days
💸 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value during promotions.
📍 Delivery Areas
- Currently, we ship across India.
- If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a refund.
🛑 Delays & Responsibility
- While we try our best to deliver on time, Handmade Delights is not responsible for courier delays due to weather, strikes, lockdowns, or operational issues.
- We are also not liable for delays caused by incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
