At Handmade Delights, every product is crafted with love, care, and authenticity — just like it’s made at home. Since food items are perishable , we follow a no return and no refund policy to ensure quality and hygiene for every customer.

We understand that online ordering can sometimes come with concerns, so we’ve outlined our policy clearly below.

🚫 No Returns

As all our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances.

Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned, whether opened or unopened.
This is to maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and freshness.
💰 No Refunds or Cancellations

We do not offer refunds on any completed orders.

✅ Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

Physically damaged during shipping
Wrong item delivered (doesn’t match your order)
Then please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
To help us assist you quickly, we request the following:
Clear video of opening the parcel & photos of the outer packaging and the product
Your order ID and contact number
We will evaluate your concern and may offer a replacement, store credit, or alternative resolution, only at our discretion.

Handmade Delights is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or incorrect address details.
